//////////// Wondering about the iron dosage. You take it twice a day? So would you work up to 4 tabs per time and 2,ooo mg of vitamin c per time? Rhonda

I've been away for a few days, so don't know your background, but wanted to mention iron levels as you re-start T3, and how important they are.

You likely know this already, but I'll copy the usual recommendations in below just in case.

Recommended iron levels for best thyroid utilization are ferritin 70-90 plus an iron panel with a % saturation of 35-45.

To raise iron, many here have had good results with blue bonnet iron bisglycinate. Taken in two separate doses, and at the same time as vitamin C, helps absorption. 150-200 mg/day. Here's a link:

Solgar Gentle Iron has also gotten good reports.

Hope this helps.

(OK, this is the THIRD time I've sent this and this time it's going THROUGH!)

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or a similar experience to mine and maybe took the dose raises a little slower? I was thinking about waiting 5-7 days between increases or will that be harder on my body? I just don't want to crash again. That sucks bad. Thanks!
