Guest guest
Just got my labs back and need some advice (am on 3 grains of Armour): TSH 0.01 (0.40-4.50) Free T4 1.1 (0.8-1.8) Free T3 392 (230-420) Reverse TE 41 (11-32) Ferritin 40 (10-232) Vit B12 316 (200-1100) Vit D 25 OH Total 31 (30-100) I am currently taking iron, Vit B and Vit D supplements. Do I need to go on T3 only? Do I wait until I get my ferritin up? How long are people usually on T3 only? I have been feeling light-headed, dizzy, fatigue but can't sleep, irritable, anxiety. Could this all be from the RT3?
Guest guest
" Could this all be from the RT3? " IMO, yes, partly (leave this to the mods to comment) additionally your iron (ferritin iron store) is too low (optimal 70 to 100), your B12 is too low (optimal over 500), your vitamin D is too low (optimal 50 to 100) > > Just got my labs back and need some advice (am on 3 grains of Armour): > > TSH 0.01 (0.40-4.50) > Free T4 1.1 (0.8-1.8) > Free T3 392 (230-420) > Reverse TE 41 (11-32) > Ferritin 40 (10-232) > Vit B12 316 (200-1100) > Vit D 25 OH Total 31 (30-100) > > I am currently taking iron, Vit B and Vit D supplements. How long are people usually on T3 only? With RT3 over range you need T3 only, a minimum of 12 weeks but many of us stay like it permanently as we feel better like that > >I have been feeling light-headed, dizzy, fatigue but can't sleep, irritable, anxiety. Could this all be from the RT3? Yep, the RT3 and the resulting adrenal stress Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
