Because the body cannot utilize T3 wiht lwo iron and a ferritin of 70 is

usually good unless ther eis inflammaitonpresent when it can be falsely

elevated, thus why we now ask for full iron panels . If oyu take T3 with

low iron you WILL get some nasty anxiety symptms and it causes major

adnrela stress and adrenaline.
