Guest guest Posted July 18, 2010 Report Share Posted July 18, 2010 Because the body cannot utilize T3 wiht lwo iron and a ferritin of 70 is usually good unless ther eis inflammaitonpresent when it can be falsely elevated, thus why we now ask for full iron panels .
