Notes: 1) I took the thyroid medication in the morning. DId not dose more until

the thyroid blood test in the afternoon at 4pm.

2) Remaining tests results are fasting, done at 8am. Sea salt fast 24 hours. No

HC in the morning. Did take NTH 60mg. Did not fast iron the day before.

Questions: my ferritin is low, cortisol still low (on 40-45mg HC, still not

feeling enough). If I continue to dose NTH, I will probably build more RT3

(current ratio is close to 10). What would be your suggestions?

I can get constipation easily. will be afraid to take 100mg iron a day.

Currently taking 27mg x 2.
