If you are on T3 only the TSH is pretty much irrelevant. What is important is your FreeT3.

Subject: TSH/TPO questionTo: RT3_T3 Date: Sunday, August 22, 2010, 9:15 AM

What is an optimal TSH? Should it be high, low or in the middle? What would be considered a 'good' result for the TPO - should it be zero? Thanks!Carolyn------------------------------------We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Please use this information with the help of a competent doctor.

Moderator Val recommended a TSH .01 to .05, from her post:

Sorry I do not know about TPO, I hope someone else can answer this question.
