Re: prior to iron testing

Mainly iron, 3-5 days of no supps. I have seen recommended to avoid for the

same 3-5 days iron rich foods, Vitamin C and B12, but I believe the iron supps

are the most important to avoid. Also it is recommended to get the test while

fasting; I go to the lab as soon as they open, before I have my breakfast.
