Are you eating protein and fats at bedtime and avoiding carbs after

5-6PM? That is often hypoglycemia in the MA causing those symptoms.

yes i try to have cheese prior to bed...i might have had turkey at 8pm.....

HIGH TEMPS---my temps are going up to 99.1 and 99.0 a few times a day...Why? Is this too much HC? i am extremely fatigued since starting the HC..
