Guest guest
Are you eating protein and fats at bedtime and avoiding carbs after 5-6PM? That is often hypoglycemia in the MA causing those symptoms. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > > ----Forwarded Message---- > From: jlrose448@... > To: naturalthyroidhormonesadrenals > Sent: Wed Jul 21st, 2010 1:45 PM EDT > Subject: Re: val/dosing > > Thanks. Hope u r good. I needed to get a dosing schedule. I think 22.5mg of hc is my number. I was doing 10/5/5/2.5. But after taking 10 at 8a.m. today I'm already exhausted at 1045. Not sure if its the thyroid fatigue though. Also do u recommend Dr super Adrenal builder with extracts?
