LOL, Kerry. Well, I just want to do this right, and not have to be going back and forth, ya know! :) I still feel hypo...tired and lethargic, although my temps are averaging around 98.3 or 98.4 now each day. Although I'm not sure exactly how I'm supposed to feel if I'm having trouble because of low iron.

We stand corrected, Joan!Kerry> > Nick or Val....if I have low ferritin of 22...although it is probably higher now and will be rechecked next Friday, and I'm up to 56.25 mcg Cytomel, is this a bad thing? I want to be able to clear rt3. Would you reduce Cytomel and just keep trying to get ferritin up, or stay at this dosage? I have air hunger, and have had it for months, and we were discussing on chats whether I'm taking to much Cytomel and this might keep me from getting my iron straight.???
