Just be careful not to take iron with your calcium, magnesium, zinc. It binds to this! We've been having a big discussion on chats about iron and how to take it! Trying to work out a schedule! There is a great article on ferritin at: http://www.thewayup.com/newsletters/081504.htm Gives a lot of info. on low ferritin, what binds it, etc.

Thank you Joanie. How far apart from these? I take zinc once a day but magnesium twice a day and iron twice a day. There is come calcium in my multi. much appreciation!
