Guest guest
A guess would be that the burn, or stress on your body, could be stressing your adrenals? We spend weekends out in the pool around here, and sometimes after being out in the sun a lot on the weekends, I will have horrible Mondays! I just feel drained and like i can't get out of bed....more than usual! I think the sun really takes a toll on your body. Subject: Sunburn lowering temps? To: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, July 8, 2010, 3:07 PM I was on vacation for the past three days and got a little sunburned. I was too busy to take my temps while gone, but now that I'm home I'm noticing that my temps so far are much lower than normal. My basal this morning was 97.09 when it typically stays above 97.4 and my 11:00am temp was 97.51 whereas it's typically over 97.7. I'll see what the rest of the day reveals, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen after being sunburned? ~Rainbow~30 year old Female 5'6" 139lbsDx: Hashi's, AF, Wheat SensitivityRx/OTC: Cynomel 68.75mcg, HC 20mg, Florinef 1tab, Potassium 90mEq, Sea Salt 3/4tspMy Log and Labs: http://tinyurl.com/pvgjmbMy Blog: http://hyporainbow.wordpress.com

Guest guest
Thanks for the replies Joan and Nick! I think ya'll must be right. Although my other 2 temps for the day were better (98.33 and 98.11) and I feel fine...I bet if I had taken my temps while on vacation I would've seen even lower temps. I didn't get as much sleep as usual while gone either. It's a wonder I don't feel really horrible right now. Guess I really have healed more than I thought I've felt almost back to " normal " for a month and a half now!
