what are side effects of T3 meds?

Since all prescription medicine has side effects, I wonder what are or can be the side effects from this medication? Can it cause other problems in other areas? I know the cholesterol meds for example can cause cataracts and other problems, and just want to see if cytomel does have any adverse affects?
