(i have looked at so many, and some have different names and things thAT others don't, so i want to make sure i get the right one! 2. ferritin 15 range 10-291 so is this still obvious i have way too low of ferritin and will need to supplement? also, i am on 25 of cynomel t3 a day, i tried going up and couldn't tolerate it. so i stayed at 25 until i got ferritin and next cortisol labs. 3. do i need to wait until i get full iron panel to start on elemental iron? 4. how much elemental iron suggest for this number of 15? i know it's best to get up to 50-70, and have read suggestion to take between 100-200mg a day... 5. magnesium 2.4 range 1.3-2.7 at 2.4 my magnesium is looking good right??? i take 800 mg a day, started around 3 weeks ago. hopefully the mag. results are some GOOD news!!! finally!!! thank you, i am learning SO MUCH by reading this forum and being a part of it and soon my posts will be SHORT! lisa
