Guest guest
well I would heartilly agree that you need to get off the synthroid. and as for the RT3 issue the only way to clear it is the T3 only. because you have reverse T3 clogging up your receptors any T3 you are making from your T4 only synthroid isn't getting in. Did you get your ferritin, D, and B12 checked? how are your adrenals? You will need all those ducks in a row to tollerate the T3 only. Sharon Remember! Plus I supplement with multi-b vitamins, inclusive of Benfotiamine... and a form of B6 called 5P5 with the thought that some of the cramping is the result of the peripheral neuropathy. That's the most recent thing I've tried, which at least has eliminated the pins and needles feeling and stuff like waking up in the middle of the nite with my arm(s) and/or leg(s) asleep! Its like being in a sinking boat and trying to plug the holes when the true fix really is getting into a new vessel and off HMS Synthroid, methinks.: )Mzzchief> > > From: mzz.chief > Subject: Puzzled> To: RT3_T3 > Date: Monday, August 30, 2010, 4:59 PM> > > Hey!> I am new here and would like some input as to what to do next.> I am on 62.5 mcg of Synthroid which had been working okay until recently. > > I get this dose from spiltting a 125mcg pill.> > My concern is that my TSH is rising, I'm tired in the afternoons. > I have been unable to get to my goal weight of 138 since I started with perimenopausal symptoms (irregular cycles) over a year ago.> > Most importantly... sleep is punctuated by foot cramps nightly or trips to the restroom to pee.> This occurs anywhere from 2 -8 times a nite.> > The weird thing...
