Is it okay to start Cytomel when my iron is low?

Hi all! I am now stopping my Naturethroid and switching to Cytomel. Doc. doesn't

seem too concerned that my Ferritin is low (23) Range: 13 - 150. What do I need

to be careful of in switching over? I am prayerful this will take care of my

high Reverse T3 (383) and stop my hair loss!
