Then found out about my thyroid and adrenal issues. The thing is that I know I

need vitamin C, B, magnesium and iron to overcome all of this and I simply can't

tolerate that stuff. Very bad pain and illness when I take these supplements

along with terrible headaches. No doctors or anyone really knows what to

suggest. Any ideas? Anyone else experience this?

- have you ever been able to determine why you can't tolerate certain vitamins/minerals? No one seems to be able to tell my why and my best educated guess would be my history of mercury and candida.

There are things I can't tolerate, and I think it's because my body either doesn't need them or can't handle them. I tend to listen to my body and stay away from pills whether natural or

medications that my body rebels against. I try to increase vitamin C with an orange, or orange juice and there are usually other foods that carry the specific vitamins you want to get. There have been whole books written on which foods carry which vitamins in what portion sizes and how much of the vitamin you get.

i wonder if you might benefit from whole food vitamins....a lot of vitamins etc on market are synthetic and can bother people in many ways....dr. mercola has a whole food vitamin and a whole food vitamin with minerals..you usually have to take more than one when it is whole foods but i have found that people who can not tolerate a lot of vitamins etc do well on whole food supplements....not too expensive and these are pretty comprehensive....and they are better for overall health than synthetics> I have a long history of candida and mercury. You might want to try topical magnesium. I can't stand the Ancient Minerals

brand, but Xymogen is working well for me. I think some people have just soaked

in epsom salts to get magnesium up.

For V, lipospheric C is well tolerated and will NOT cause bowel problems. Plus,

it's absorbeed almost 100% so you don't need to take a lot as it is expensive,

unfortunately.

Thank you Kathleen. I have some of the Ancient Minerals mag and I don't like it either. I'll look into the Xymogen. I haven't heard of lipospheric C but I will look into that too. Thanks!
