Guest guest
T3 in a good replacement dose is the solution. You would need to start the T3 rather sliowly to give time for the T4 and thus the RT3 to degrade so oyu don't just pile mORE T3 into the bllod. >> >> >> http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ >> http://faqhelp.webs.com/ >> >> http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ >> http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ >> > So what is the solution to this other than death by hypo?! I have to have an idea otherwise the ENDO will say I have to go onto the T4 only and I'm not convinced that is the solution. > Thanks, Michele > > >> >>> FT4 1.35 (0.6-1.61 ng/dL) >>> FT3 6.46 (2.3-4.2 pg/mL) >>> Rev T3 -32 (11 to 32 ng/dL) >>> >>> >> > > > > ------------------------------------ > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Guest guest
>Thanks for this info. So you I continue to take the NDT, just at a lower dose while adding the T3, slowly upping it until I make the switch? I am thyroidless, so need to take something all the time. You can stop the natural instantly and just replace it with T3 at the amount in it (9mcg per grain), in round numbers is OK T4 decays slowly, takes weeks for the levels to drop Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
Guest guest
If it makes you feel more comfy that coul be done ans just slwoly taper OFF the Natural when your T3 sdose is at least 50mcg. But T4 takes severla WEEKS ot leave th ebody and most people can have T3 built up high enough buy then ot be a full replacement anyway. believe me, my thyroid makes NO hirmones as I have bene even in myxedema coma once and I jst stopped natural and went emtirely on T3 and was fine. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > Thanks for this info. Guest guest
My problem with Armour and before that Thyrolar was that the doctors never believed me when I said that I had hypo symptoms. All they were interested in was the TSH. That was always low, so now that I know about RT3, it seems to me this has been going on for at least 50 years. I should get lab results back next week. <>Roni Immortality exists! It's called knowledge!
