Guest guest
Girl I'm right with you on erring on the side of caution;-) You should have seen me 2 years ago, I was so chicken to even try HC. I used Isocort, Rhodiola, Ashwaghanda and it helped a bit but ultimately I had to listen to what the group experts said and when I did I started finding healing for my thyroid and adrenals. I think Val, Janie and Diane should have honorary MD degree's, they've been through this and know what they're talking about. I was fearful and stubborn trying to do things my way, didn't start getting better until I listened and followed their advice. Even my docs have learned from them.Today I dosed down to 75 mcg like Val said and am now at 25 mg HC per Val and my temps are stable, in range and my pulse and bp are GREAT;-) Feeling like a race mare and planning on going for a ride on hubby's Harley tomorrow to celebrate the 4th. This time last year I had no energy or want to...huge difference.<<Posted by: "Roni Molin" matchermaam@... matchermaamSat Jul 3, 2010 1:27 pm (PDT)I suppose everyone's system is diffeent. I always try to err on the side of caution. I read the dosing information and they do say that after 25 mcg it can be increased by 25 mcg for a week or two to see how one feels. These doses are tricky sometimes and small amounts can make a diffeence. I would certainly listen to Val's experience before I did drastic raises or lowering on my own, so it's good she's helping you.<>RoniImmortality exists! It's called knowledge! High pulse/addendumTo: "RT3" <RT3_T3 >Date: Saturday, July 3, 2010, 1:09 PMRoni, I dropped 100 T3 down to 75 mcg per Val, that's 6.25 mcg less per pill. When I wrote that I was going to drop down to 50 mcg I was remembering what Nick had said about clearance and dropping dose to half or lower...that's where I was coming from.
