Guest guest
JUlie as you probably already knwo, fluid reteniton and swellign was one of my WORST symptoms for over 15 yeras, It has taken that long to get rid of it FOR THE MOST PART! I stil get puffy ankles in the heat when I have been sitting alot btu wlking around helpos and for thew mosty part it is gone. There are no easy answers wiht this issue. Whne I first started T3 my legs swelled worse for a whiel. I honestly dont knwo the cause but I have often wondered if ti si the sodium molecule in the thyroid... But then Armoru did not get rid of it, NO WAY and though sea salt got rid of some, thne potasisum got rid of some more, and then whne i got UN-hypo the rest just left. I DO take lots of supplements tht ahelp circulation, ALA, Krill oil, and vitamin D (by the bucket) and vitamin E. I think it is the combo of all these things that has worked for me. I have had lwo aldosterone for ye4ars I am certain as even in my teens I used ot have to take salt tablets ot keep from having heat stroke every summer. but it is not low wnough for me to tolerate Florinef, though for the first WEEK on it I feel wonderful and greatly improved. Tehn the swellign gets MUCH worse. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > A month ago, I increased Cytomel - and ended up with sweling. I was not sure if I should add this to that thread or make a new thread...) > > Thanks > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences.
