Skip evening dose? Add bedtime dose? What? Please help!

Temperature? Pulse??

It may be clearance in which case dropping to 50 for a day and going

back up by 12.5 a day from there to find your new dose would be the

way to go.

Nick just got my lastest lab results:

FT3 3.9 <2.0-4.4>

RT3 17 <90-350>

(Is that a ratio of 229 ?)

Vit. D 44.8 <32-100>

Ferritin, serum 267<13-150>

Should I still try dropping back to 50 and adding 12.5 increments per day?

Labs seem good, pulse is OK. What is temperature doing??

I would still drop to 50 for a day and see how you felt, if you were

hypo then step up by 12.5 every 3 days or so depending how you feel

Thanks Nick, now that I think about I did go up 1/2 a 25 mcg tablet this last

increase, when earlier in the 12 weeks I had only been able to tolerate 1/8 to

1/4-- but I had gone up a 1/2 a table the increase just before this so I thought

I was now able to handle bigger increases.

About my recent lab result is my ratio really 229? My rt3 is only 17!That's not

a problem? Is there a normal range for the ratio?

You don't need RT3, it's a throwback.

It's difficult to take basal temp because of lightheaded/dizziness on rising in

the morning but dropped back to 50 mcg for 3 days and basal temp has been 98

degrees. pluse is 100.
