I was thinking about what we discussed and stopping b100 to see if it's part of the chest symptoms(heart burn...). I realized I haven't taken for 5 days b/c I've been iron fasting. Would that be long enough to know if it's an aggravating factor? or do I need to go off longer?2. You mentioned thiamin is important but if I stop b100, I won't be getting thiamin? what to do?3. Is the brand for yeast called Nutrition Now/ Yeast Defense? I'm thinking I have the wrong one as this says to take for yeast infection and I know you said it's a diff kind of yeast.4. How does Yeast replace B's?Thanks - Holly
