Sorry but in my experience oyu will NEVER convince a lab obsessed doc to

be anything else. I have slammed my way out of more than one doctor's

office as I am blunt an honest with them and I REFUSE to have them make

me ill agian.

taking my BP as my acupuncturist takes it weekly, but I am not super out of

breath like I used to be before lowering my T3 meds, so I know I'm in a good (or

better place). I can check with my acupuncturist if need be.

switch to Armour as he already called me to say he's " very concerned " about my

labs below. He wanted me to go on only 2 grains of Armour 4 months ago and I

stayed on the T3 instead per your suggestion. Aside from the fact that 2 grains

of Armour would make me severely Hypo, I want to make sure you are OK with me

switching to Armour before agreeing to do so. And I would want to be on the

equivalent (or close to) dose and not a dose that would make me severely sick.

Yes, he seems to care LESS about symptoms and goes by labs. Boooooo.

testosterone and to raise my Vitamin D dose?

I've included both sets of labs so you can see progress. I feel like this is

likely the optimal thyroid dose for me based on BP and heart rate etc. Still

feel very fatigued in the AM which I think is related more to low cortisol (I'm

also on 40mgs cortisol). I have an appt with the doc next week and I'm sure

he'll once again push for me to go on Armour, but he wants me to lower the dose

even more to two grains which I KNOW will make me super HYPO. I've been on the

cynomel for about 2 years now. I started the 50,000 weekly dose of Vitamin D

and I think I need more. That has helped the morning fatigue a bit.

My FT4 is .2 and hasd been there for abotu 1.5 years. I am really not

concerned abotu it. If oyu really WANT to try natral, agian I would do

it slwoly, btu do retest RT3 as oyu build the odse as it does tend to

return for many people.

bit, my FT3 came down, but my FT4 lowered as well, which I found surprising.

Reverse T3 problem and should go on back on Armour or should just stay on T3

altogether. Won't it be bad if my FT4 continues to lower.......?

I absolutely do NOT feel it is necessary to go to anythign other than T3

for life. BTW I get my vitamin D from Puritain's Pride, 5000IU gl caps

and I take 2 a day and have nicely rised my Vitamin D form 19 to 91..

Do people feel better after going on T3 then switching to Armour?

You don't need a script for vitamin D. I get mine on line at vitacost.
