Guest guest
Hi, Is is possible to have a problem with RT3 if you convert normally? I have tried all varieties of thyroid meds with varying success but am still fagitued and heavily spaced out (T4 makes that worse). I currently take T4 only and convert T4 to T3 normally according to blood tests and 100mcg gives me a supressed TSH and a T4 and T3 that are top of the range, so they look spot on in terms of results (any more than 100mcg makes me hyper and in fact I do feel slightly hyper at times on 100mcg). But I don't really feel a great deal better. I've been wondering if RT3 could be my problem but before spending out on tests/visits to doctors/ time and effort of switching over the meds and the pain it puts me through I wanted to know if it's possible to still have the problem if everything else looks 'text book'. Many thanks, Cindy
