the expected effect is swap 12.5 for a grain and feel nothing

immediately, in a week or so you will start to head hyper if you

convert and then need to drop more T3.

A grain is roughly equal to 25mcg of T3, eventually.

If you feel you are on too much then reduce T3

Thank you, Nick -

Right now, I'm on Cytomel 37.5-37.5-37.5

My NT is 1/2 grain - 0 - 1/2 grain

I added in the 1 grain NT a 1.5 weeks ago and dropped 12.5 Cytomel then.

So, I'm a little confused still -

(1) Do I drop some Cytomel now? Would 6.25 be enough or more?

(2) Do I also drop more Cytomel and add more NT?

I have a very delicate hypo/hyper balance.

When I dropped to much Cytomel when starting NT, I ended up very ill with a

serious breast infection (I'm a breastfeeding mom). I was hypo then, with low

temps. I'm a little nervous about dropping too much Cytomel, but then I am

feeling way too swollen and hot.

Thanks so much for your help!
