yesterday I had similar problems just existing and

staying upright.

it was over 100 here with some humidity and I only

drove to church (air conditioned) , stayed 2 hrs and

drove home (no air conditioning) after stopping at

corner store for few minutes...

heart seemed to give discomfort and I'm not on Rt3

protocol.

i researched dog hypothyroid and adrenal problems a

year ago..... and SUSPECT that the dogs basically get

better physician/Vet care than we do

because of predjuice against human folks

.........whereas they dont have it against

dogs...because they (Docs) attribute bad

psychological attitudes in humans .....but NOT in

animals that cant talk.

so they TRUST dogs more than they trust humans that

can talk ......to describe honestly what they are

feeling ...the Endo docs attribute bad attitude to

those of us that are suffering, who DARE to disagree

with them on ANYTHING!

Have experienced the sensitivity to cold,

but yesterday was at the beach with temps in the high

90’s (F.) and it

was so overwhelming to me. The water temp was about

70F which was a shock in

the other direction. After leaving the beach and

walking in that heat to the

car, I really felt I was going to drop. I had never

experienced such a

sensitivity to heat that was so intense. It’s funny

in researching heat

intolerance and hypothyroidism, I get more hits on

dogs rather than humans. I

know how debilitating it was to me yesterday and

today I can feel that much

more sluggish, I can’t imagine how it would be with a

fur coat on!

Anybody else get so overwhelmed with the heat?

Sadly I think much of what you said is true. I think many of the doctors don't know how to treat anyone who doesn't fall into their tight little graphs. More and more of us are showing up and seeking help. I think many years ago people like us kept our mouths shut and didn't ask or question the doctors as we do today.
