Guest guest
>Yesterday I increased my T3 by 6.25 (the 1PM dose) and in the afternoon I noticed my temps were a little lower than they have been, reducing my daily average by .1 overall for the day. Today both temps of the day so far have been lower; 97.8 and 97.9 ... so unless my afternoon temp is really high, I'm going to drop by about .3 of a degree, which is close to being unstable. > >Is this the adrenals struggling with the increased T3? Should I just expect a slight dip whenever I increase T3 or am I doing something wrong? Probably adrenals not keeping up. Hold that dose for a couple of days and see if they catch up. If temperature stays low you may need HC. A saliva test at this stage could be useful > >I feel fairly hypo with dry feet, constant ringing in my ears, bowel changes, a blue mood and some irritability ... perhaps some paranoia as my last post and its bump wasn't answered and I'm not feeling the love ... but as I say I think that is more paranoia than anything else. Again sounds adrenal, some adrenaline being produced because your body can't manage more cortisol Val is on break this week and the adrenal group shut down. Margery and myself are trying to keep up on here but don't always manage it. If I see a question specifically aimed to Val then it tends to get left.
