Guest guest
I have Hashimoto's and Fibromyalgia with a whey protein food allergy. I am on a vegan diet. Listed below are my latest lab test results. 25 OH Vitamin D Total 32 ng/mL 30-100 Interpretation: Vitamin D Status 25 OH Vitamin D Deficiency <10 ng/mL Insufficiency 10-30 ng/mL Sufficiency 30-100 ng/mL Toxicity >100 ng/mL Lipid Panel (2020) Cholesterol 135 mg/dL <200 Triglycerides 115 mg/dL 48-150 HDL-cholesterol 47 mg/dL >40 Coronary Risk Factor 2.9 <5.0 LDL-cholesterol [L] 65.0 mg/dL 75.0-130.0 TSH 1.90 uIU/mL 0.34-5.60 Ferritin 47 ng/mL 11-307 Total T3 [L] 82.2 ng/dL 87.0-178.0 Free T3 2.80 pg/mL 2.50-3.90 Free T4 1.18 ng/dL 0.54-1.24 T3, REVERSE [H] 39 ng/dL 11-32 THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODIES <20 IU/mL <20 THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES [H] 877 IU/mL <35 The reason I have posted my lipid test results is because I had very low cholesterol and the doctor said I needed to increase my cholesterol level since cholesterol is the precursor to making hormones. I am taking cholesterol supplements to increase my cholesterol. These numbers are the best that they have ever been. I am hoping this will help with my adrenals. Currently I take: HC – 5 mg (morning), 2.5 (afternoon) Dermamag – magnesium oil Levoxyl – 50 mcg SRT3 – 2.25 mcg Sea salt – ½ teaspoon (morning and afternoon0 I started SRT3 in April at .25 mcg and have worked my way up to 2.25 currently. I add about .25 a week. If I increase too much I get electrolyte imbalance (muscle aches, weight loss) and usually takes me a week to recover from it before I can add more T3. Please advise on how to increase T3. I just added Ashwagandha ( I am not sure if it is helping). I have also posted on the adrenal group as well. Thanks in Advance
