Guest guest
The Free T3 range is (corrected) 3,6 - 8,3 pmol/l.The Free T4 range is 8 - 20 pmol/l.The TSH range is 0,5 - 3,6 mIE/l.I guess I should stick to primarily using ONE lab over here in Norway, thru my GP? He likes using one lab, I like the other, and then there's a third, so... Those values can't be compared! Between the different labs, cause they all have different ranges. > > From 26th of July 2010: > > FT4 10.4 > FT3 6.6 (3.6 - 8.3 pmol/l) > TSH 0.54 > > The other ranges weren't so important. Guest guest
Your T4 is still low but this is a good hting and means you are converting well. But yes stil a bit hypo. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ The Free T3 range is (corrected) 3,6 - 8,3 pmol/l. Guest guest
From my memory, while on 100 mcg T4 and 40 mcg T3, my labs looked something like this, while feeling "Great!" :FT3 7.0 (Range at the time 3.5 - 7.0) Top Range result!FT4 10.0 (Range at the time: 9 - 20) Low Range result!TSH <0.01 (I don't remember the range) Nothing result! So, what is your opinion on THAT? And why on _Earth_ was my FT4 SO low while on T4/T3 combo? It's quite obvious that I needed top range FT3 to feel good back then. Imagine: I didn't know JACK about my own health at the time, my specialist ran the whole show alone! I just popped my pills and lived my life! > > From 26th of July 2010: > > FT4 10.4 > FT3 6.6 (3.6 - 8.3 pmol/l) > TSH 0.54 > > The other ranges weren't so important. That's where I have been telling you that you need TSH and FT4 for the best part of a year >So, what is your opinion on THAT? And why on _Earth_ was my FT4 SO low while on T4/T3 combo? I just popped my pills and lived my life! Lots of T3 in the combo and just enough T4 to keep you above the bottom of the range, what there was was converting then. You are under medicated and have been since you've been posting here. Nick
Guest guest
Hi I recently started adding T4 back into my protocol, and when I started 1/2 grain of naturethroid, my T4 levels did not go up at all on my next lab. My doctor said that this is a good sign that the T4 is going somewhere/doing something. My RT3 levels did not get higher, so hopefully it was not going to RT3. Perhaps you are converting the T4? Anyone know? Liz
