Guest guest
Quick question so I'm prepared when this happens... what is the difference between being on too much T3 and actually clearing? Both are fast pulse and high temp, and either way I need to reduce T3 meds but how do I know if I have cleared for sure? Amy

Clearance is when the amount of T3 that used to be right for you becomes too much for you!! Guest guest
Thanks Nick. I know during the first 12 weeks you can also have times when the amount of T3 that used to be right for you is now too much and in that case you reduce temporarily and then ramp up again, so it seems like it might be hard to know if I've cleared or not. I have also been having trouble this past week knowing what the right T3 dose is for me because I've been having fast pulse but then low temps and needing salt water every day and then Val said to reduce HC but I must have reduced it too much because I got major ankle swelling and some fatigue. Then, to confuse things even more I got fast pulse AND high temp last night but energy was fine. Not really sure how much HC or T3 I should be taking now! Guest guest
is that possible (clearance) in the 5th--6th week and at 50-60mcg T3? Because I lowered my T3 to 50 (as per yr instructions) and felt much better. I was going to increase again today (Day 3 of lower dosage).........Sandy To: RT3_T3 Sent: Sat, August 14, 2010 1:39:09 AMSubject: Re: Re: Checking Current Dosage >Quick question so I'm prepared when this happens... what is the difference between being on too much T3 and actually clearing?
