Guest guest
Lila, Sorry I can't help you with the 'reading' of the thermometer. But I am currious what this thermometer is and where do you get it? I've been looking for glass mercury thermometers with little luck. Thank you Sage > > I ordered the vet mercury thermometer (2 of them) recommended here and i cannot figure out how to use/read it... i'm a little embarrassed to admit. > > I even watched a youtube instructional video. > > I shook it down, and tried underarm and oral. I tried using a magnifying glass bcuz maybe my eyesight is bad..didn't help. i got two thermometers and having same issue with both. i also tried sticking it in warm water for like 20 minutes. can't see any liquid.... :/ > > any advice? >

If you rotate it slowly you should suddenly see the mercury appear, the viewing angle is quite small Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com For lots of good information of adrenal issues http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com/ and the adrenal group on http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
