I definitly need cortisol but I also need to change my t3 to cynomel if I want to adrenals to heal right. They are probably getting stressed just by dosing with srt3...I don't know at this point..Any info would be helpful I don't see too much T3 there. A daily average of 98.6 pre ovulation and 99 post ovulation is pretty well what you are looking for. Unless you are very fit a pulse around the 60s says hypo to me. As you say getting some Cytomel from your Dr or Cynomel direct (do you need the source) will allow you to adjust dose far more easily. Guest guest
>I have the cynomel in my closet, but I don't know if I should wait to start my cortisol to get my temp more stable or I should try and get my t3 schedule and dose adjusted correctly, and if so should I start with 12.5 or 6.25mg 4 or 5xday? Remind me how much SR you are on Nick
Guest guest
> >65mcg SRt3 - 7am 45mcg, 12n 10, 6pm 10. From 120 of SRt3 I would suggest going onto 75 of Cynomel and be prepared to increase by 12.5 every 2 or 3 days if you feel the need. You could do 75 as 2 doses of 25 followed by 2 doses of 12.5 or 6 doses of 12.5 (better if your adrenals are marginal). Nick
Guest guest
I would start at 50mcg divided into 4 doses. >> >> >> http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ >> http://faqhelp.webs.com/ >> >> http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ >> http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ >> > Hi Nick > I just realized that you think I'm on 120mcg of srt3 but I am only taking 65mcg in one day. 7am 45, 12n 10, 6pm 10mcg, so what would be a good amt of cynomel to start with? > I am definitely hypo but did this because I've started HC yesterday and I didn't know if I am pooling t3., but I am hypo. > > I got a new thermometer (animal,it has mercury) and that is alot more accurate then my other which was showing high temps.
