Guest guest
Does this mean I am not fit??? What pulse should I be looking for?>> I have 82 first time I took the pulse, is this normal, low or high? >
Guest guest
No, it doesn't mean you're " unfit " . While we're still in the healing process, most of us are not able to be as active as we'd like, and a normal pulse for a less-active person is 80-90. A healthy, active person might have a somewhat lower resting pulse. > > > > I have 82 first time I took the pulse, is this normal, low or high? > > >
