Labs posted - was 'not sleeping'

Well, looking at my labs I guess it's no wonder I'm not sleeping! (I posted

them in the group labs section under ' 's labs 7-2010.) I think my FT3

is a bit high, even by ya'lls standards! (516 with a range of 230-420.) The

thing is, I don't feel over medicated! I don't feel super jittery or nervous or

any other hyperthyroid symptom - or if I do it's really mild. Although my doc

did say that my heart rate was high and he thought it was the T3 - I think it

was in the mid 80's. Also, even when taking 50mcg my bowels slow down! Just

after doing these labs, I added 12.5mcg more and my bowels are moving a little

bit better. I'm thinking I'll stop that and just add more magnesium to see if

that balances out the bowels/not sleeping thing.

At the time of these labs I was taking 50mcg T3, 30mg Cortisol, 20mg

Progesterone, .1mg Florinef and a bunch of supplements/vitamins. Morning labs

were drawn at 8:07am, prior to me taking any medications yet that morning and

having been up for a little more than 2 hours (for the aldosterone). And the

afternoon cortisol was drawn just prior to my afternoon cortisol med. I know

all my adrenal hormone tests will be off since I'm taking them!

Oh, and I did change when I was taking my T3. I was taking it at night, but you

guys thought that might be why I wasn't sleeping more than 5-6 hours. Now, I'm

taking it in the morning and evening. But so far, there has been no change in

my sleep pattern. It's been a week or so since I did that.

Well, let me know what you think of my labs! I'm sure I could change a few

things!

Thank you!
