FT3/RT3 = 2600/271 = 9.6 = poor, should be 20 or greater. You need to go T3 only and increase weekly to suppress T4, this then stops more RT3 being made. You need to supplement iron, 150 to 200 elemental iron a day spread in 2 doses and take vitamin C with it to help absorption.
