180mg of Armour = 3 grains

1 grain = 38 T4 and 9 T3

your total daily dose on Armour = 114 of T4 and 27 of T3

New dose = 75 of T4 and 40 of T3

This is not going to increase your FT3 appreciably.

With high RT3 you are better getting rid of T4 completely,

Generally your Dr is doing well, his ranges sound good
