Can I start increasing? I am finally starting to see results after a year and a half of vit. D supplementation! Yeah. Shall I stay with what I'm doing with iron? I have been doing a plant based supplement. I'm still trying to get used to salting my food. I always thought salt was bad, so I never used any, cooking, baking, on my plate, etc. It's gone up, but I guess it needs to be up a bit more? I vomit with salt water, so I need to get it from my food. Oh, and I also added celery to my green smoothie. Celery helps regulate sodium levels, whether it's too high or low. I need to work on the blood sugar. I recently started walking everyday, so that should help. It has always worked in the past, but when I ruptured my disc I wasn't able to walk and it's been almost 2 years. Chiro did suggest I drop back to one mile becaus e the disc is a bit aggravated, but he did say it was ok to walk twice a day to get 2 miles in. Concerns about increasing cynomel. A bit of shaking/nervousness lately. Also a continued weird feeling in my upper chest. I think it goes away with a dose of cynomel, but I'm not certain. However, I'm also having to take a lot of antihistamines this summer for allergies. Perhaps that's affecting the cynomel or adrenals? Guest guest
Yep. The A1c was slightly higher when I tested in April. I started walking again in June. I know daily exercise is an important component in diabetes management, but I haven't been able to do it until now because of a ruptured disc. I'm sure it will continue to drop down as I continue to walk daily. Thanks,To: RT3_T3 From: artisticgroomer@...Date: Thu, 2 Sep 2010 13:29:57 -0400Subject: Re: bump: bump: lab work results Yes I would say you porbably can raise Cytomel.
