Guest guest
Just checked internet, and found this: Symptoms of an Overdose With Cytomel The symptoms of a Cytomel overdose can be dangerous. Some of the most dangerous symptoms include: High blood pressure (hypertension) A rapid heart rate (tachycardia) An irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia) Heart palpitations Anxiety Confusion Disorientation Seizures Strokes Coma Death. Some of the less dangerous symptoms (which may serve as "red flags" to warn about high thyroid levels) include: An increased appetite, along with weight loss Feeling hot all the time and increased sweating Fever Insomnia Shakiness or muscle weakness Diarrhea, vomiting, or abdominal cramps (stomach cramps) Hair loss Flushing Menstrual problems or fertility problems. ____________________________ None of these are currently applicable to me, and my guess is the danger zone will be over by Noon, though I don't remember what the "half-life" of Cytomel is. And I'm assuming, I should take nothing more until my normal 8pm dose? I have a feeling I'm in for a crash this afternoon. Liz
Guest guest
Do not take anything more until your 8pm dose. You should not be taking your HC at 8am and going back to bed. This is defeating the whole purpose of your morning dose. I would drink some sea salt water. Diane Advice is not meant to replace your doctor.
