I begin to have these hot flashes that go on for about a 1/2 hour to an hour.

The weird thing is that if I don't take it the sweating happens anyway. What

does this mean? Lots of internal shakiness too which can sometimes be

noticeable outwardly (such as shaky hands).

Often times I run chronic low grade fevers for months at a time. When that isn't occuring then I run about 98.6 or 98.4 all through the day.

90/70 is actually pretty low. showing low cortisol.

I don't know your age but I started getting hot flashes in my late 30's, perimenopausal symptom, but internal shakes says low cortisol to me.
