Nothing in it sticks out except maybe Chromium which can lower glucose

for some folks so if oyu have troubel wiht low sugar, it might make it

worse, but it migh talso level it. I owuld still lokk up each ingredient

with cortils to see if ther is any interactiosn.

Great suggestion about looking ingredients up w/ cortisol. I hadn't thought to

do that. Years ago you had a spread sheet for tracking BS. Do you still have

that or know where I can download one?

What about the carnitine? there are so many pubmed studies showing it stops t3

from getting into cells -- they have even used it for hyper folks! But I'm not

sure if it only does this is you have TOO MUCH t3 to begin with. Sometimes the

studies are really hard to interpret.
