Karlene with or wihtout a thyroid this program works, it DOES take some

time and you have to have cortils and iron in place to use the T3

correctly.

Then check Ferritin, and if that is over 90 do a full iron panel, if

the ferritin is under 90 start supplementing iron.

Check temperature stability for a few days (as per links on the web

site), if it's unstable then do an adrenal saliva test and post the

results in the adrenal group

Once iron and T3 are known about and sorted then go T3 only and ramp

up and you will hopefully stare feeling well
