Mostly qwhne they are low it is stress on the body ANY form of stress

can cause Rt3 and I also knwo that when B12 is loe it is nearly

impossible to raiwe iron . Vitamin D has ot do with every hormone in the

body and how it works so though a direct conneciton has not been made to

my knowledge it is important for our health to have this vitamin optima.l.
