strange twitching sensation in middle of chest...

Hi everyone,

This may sound strange, but I had to ask in case it is adrenal/ thyroid related,

and I'm just not aware of it. Lately I have been getting this strange urge where

i need to " twitch " , from right in between my boobs, the middle of my chest, or

maybe a couple inches higher.

I know it sounds weird, it's a full body jerk thing i feel that i need to do out

of nowhere, does this make sense? The jerk movement is similar to when you are

falling asleep and half asleep and have the dream you are falling off a curb or

something and you " jerk " physically...

Does anyone know of experiences like this???

Ok, if this has nothing to do with anything thanks anyway

It's just gotten more and more frequent lately, and I thought I read either here

or on the adrenals group (i posted this question there too in case something

similar once.
