Is it worth it to do a phone consult with Dr Lowe? Has anyone had experience

with him?

I have been trying for 23 weeks to clear my resistance an it hasn't happened,

thinking maybe it's time for help. Thanks,S

Depends what your resistance is caused by, resistance caused by RT3

clears with 3 months or so on T3 only.

Other forms of resistance don't clear that way, the way to deal with

them is to take enough T3 to get the cells functioning.

T3 is the only med you can do that with, try it with natural or T3 and

the T4 levels build up and start converting to RT3 causing resistance

to get worse. With T3 only you can take as much as you need provided

Ferritin and Cortisol are in place. Blood numbers will be through the

roof but if your pulse and temperature are OK then that's the amount

it takes to get you feeling well. There seem to be no negative

consequences to taking a lot of T3.
