Possibly Still Too HIGH Cortisol ? ? ?

Hi Val,

I'm just looking for your opinion on this. I started some estrogen on friday

night and have taken .2mg friday, saturday, and this morning. I also decreased

HC again by 2.5mg. After not hardly sleeping AGAIN friday night I decided

yesterday to not take my bedtime 2.5mg of HC. I SLEPT VERY GOOD!!! First time

in days. I feel like I probably have high cortisol and low estrogen going on -

both of which cause insomnia, irritablity, mood swings, depression and easy to

cry. Energy is good though.

Today I'm still irritable and can feel tears behind my eyes if I let something

bother me to much. My temps are STABLE within .2 hovering between 98.5-98.7.

Blood pressure has been increasing to the 120's and even diastolic has increased

to 70's even 80's with only periodic 60's in the past 3 days.

My question I know it will take a little time for the estrogen to balance things

out. Hopefully I have enough until order arrives. I don't want to decrease

cortisol too fast and cause any stress to all the good work. Should I decrease

only by 2.5mg incriments maybe every 3 days if my temps remain stable? Or do you

think I could do more? I really think this has alot to do with what is goin

on.

How can I tell if I've cleared or not? I thought I would feel alot better. But

I also understand if my sex hormones arn't optimized that can be symtomatic too.

Sorry to have so many questions right now. I just think I'm almost there and

want to make sure I do things right ; )

Thank you again for being there.

Sage
