Guest guest
Dear Clare and others, If elevating body temperature is desirable to assist the conversion of rT3 or T4, then a quick and easy way to do this is to do aerobic exercises say in 30 minute bursts 2-3 tiems a day to push up body temperature and maintain it. I know that even a half hour elevates my body temperature a half degree or more and it stays elevated for several hours afterwards. Is this as good as physiological elevation through hormones? Stan Hi everyone,I've just done one cycle of WT3, without much success, when I found Nick's site. Now I'm struggling to weight up the differences. It looks like he believes that a low temperature can also cause conversion to RT3. Presumably this is why they push the meds up so high and so quickly. Does anyone know if this is important or is it making sure that the adrenals are functioning properly and there is enough feritin in the system more important.I still have a lot of the meds. Can I use them with this system - they were quite expensive?thanks Clare

Guest guest
I don't think the temps ahve a thing to do with creatign RT3 but the low body temp is a result of RT3. If ti were as simple as raising body temps we could all go sit in saunas and be healed. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ Dear Clare and others,  If elevating body temperature is desirable to assist the conversion of rT3 or T4, then a quick and easy way to do this is to do aerobic exercises say in 30 minute bursts 2-3 tiems a day to push up body temperature and maintain it.
