The ferritin is a good number but st is falsely elevated from either

infection or inflammation. I know this because the % saturation is

WAY too low. Thsi should be at least 35% and indicated very lwo

iron. With lwo iron the body cannto utilize thyrid hormones

properly. It si a HUGE cause of RT3 adn will prevent people from

optimizing on T3 and can give some horrid symtooms including anxiety

and adrenal symptoms.

You indicated she is anemic. How do these two numbers correlate

and how do they relate to the thyroid. She is hypo and has a TSH

of 5.240. rT3 was dropped by the lab.

I do nto think ANY lab truly can rule OUT Hashi's. Onyl confirm it

positively when the antibodies are present. hashi antibodies are nto

present in measureable amounts all the itme. Mine were non existent

for over 20 years but I had them at 19 years old then agian abotu 4

years ago when I tried iodine they went through the roof. Other than

then I cane out negative so I tend ot not believe the negative

We're doing blood work again next week. We're doing rT3, free T3, a multi-panel which includes CMP14, LP, TSH, 5AC, CBC/D.PLT, UA, GRP, and A1C, Insulin, and C-reactive protein. I'm also adding the DNA methylization test for Lyme's. Anything else to figure out what is going on with her so we can eventually start her on thyroid meds? She has started on vit. D, but that's it. I ordered my saliva cortisol from Canary Club, here's the link:

http://www.canaryclub.org/diurnal-cortisol-4x-zrt-stress-hormone-test-kit-c1-c2-\

c3-c4.html

They have a 4 sample test and a 1 sample test; the 4 sample provides MUCH more

useful info.
