Guest guest
Shaking inside can come from low blood sugar. Try drinking a glass of orange juice and see how you feel within a half hour. If you feel better, the chances are that you are hypoglycemic or diabetic. <>Roni Immortality exists! It's called knowledge! Just wondering...! Pulse and temp normal (75-80 bmp and 98.6-98.8 F). Gonna check my rT3 level again soon. I suspect I am shaking inside cause I added DHEA which is lowering my cortisol, which again is making less T3 go into my cells (?) - Not sure how it all works, but I feel more energy since adding DHEA again 4 days ago. Guest guest
Drank a glass of OJ, didn't change anything. (I do that sometimes with my iron at midnight!)It's like my legs are shaking.. Ah this is so weird! Wonder what it is. Maybe I need a trip to the GPs tomorrow? He just hates the fact that I go to Hertoghe in Belgium cause it's "weird medicine"... And automatically blames that for all that is bad! Guest guest
Is it ok to cut the 5 mcg T3 before bedtime to see if that can help reduce the shakiness/vibration?I am on: 2 grains Thyroid, 5 mcg T3 daily. + 30 mg HC daily. Guest guest
O.K. , so you know you're not hypoglycemic or diabetic. Val has given you information about the shaking so it seems like a good idea to try it. <>Roni Immortality exists! It's called knowledge! Guest guest
I would read this first -------------- http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/adrenal-info/faq/. You could try eliminating the 5 mcg at night for a week and see how you feel. If you need it, you can start it again. <>Roni Immortality exists! It's called knowledge! Guest guest
Ok I'll try removing 5 mcg for a week, it's what I did last night anyway. I will also consult Hertoghes office today.I just think it's strange that after starting DHEA again this shaking started! Â Shaking inside can come from low blood sugar. Guest guest
you are doing something again that I simply cannto tolerate. You ask the SAME qquesiton over and over until you get the answer you like. INTERNAL shaking is a CLASSIC lwo cortils sympotm., it started when you started DHEA, which lowers cortiosl. What more do you need? You are unlikly to get Hertoghe's blessing on this one and you agreed you wer going to follow HIS protocol, so STOP complaining here when it doesn;t work. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ Ok I'll try removing 5 mcg for a week, it's what I did last night anyway. Guest guest
, before I began on hc, I was having spells....my whole inside would tic or vibrate...all through my core. Since I have had a lot of stress and it would always happen when I was having a bad time, or was eating something that would stress the adrenals, ie: caffeine, alcohol, or sugar, I'm pretty sure it was low cortisol, and high adrenaline. Everyone that I have heard that has shaking on the insides seems to have had a low cortisol problem. Just my two cents, but I always wondered the same thing when I was having those spells. And they would last for hours, and I would have to run to pee about every 15 minutes...sounds adrenal, huh?
