HELP! New Lab Results, Still Very Fatigued

I dont know if I have a RT3 issue or need to treat adrenals.

First, My temps are somewhat stable but LOW. 3x/day avg. is between 96.8 and

97.5.

Now my labs:

TSH 0.19 Range 0.40-4.50

T4 Free 1.0 Range 0.8-1.8

T3 Free 407 Range 230-420

T3 Reverse 28 Range 11-32

Glucose (non fasting) 66 Range 65-139

Testosterone Total 960 Range 250-1100

Testosterone Free 237 Range 46-224

SHGB 20 Range 18-47

Estradiol Ultrasensative 9 Range less than 29

No change in fatigue level

Meds: (started 6 months ago.) I had testosterone at bottom of range and Free T3

and Free T4 in middle. TSH was 1.5

Naturethroid 1 grain/2x day

Testosterone 40mg 2x/week

HCG 250 mg/2x week

5000 IU vitamin D/day

1 gram vitamin c 3x/day

1 gram omega 3 3x/day

4x Saliva Cortisol 6 months ago before taking meds, in range but at bottom.

I haven't tested since on thyroid and testosterone.

VERY Fatigued, No prob falling asleep (about 11 and up for day about 7:30) but

wake up 3 times in middle of night and trouble falling back to sleep

Temps still low

No energy

Poor short term momory

Sensitive to cold

Dry skin

Most energy in evening
