i wouldn't put anything in my eyes if i were you, but that's just me...........there has to be a safer route

Ok so I have been taking an adrenal support supplement with adrenal gland in it for almost a year. My doc had done a saliva back last fall and my only issue was the cortisol not dropping down at night so I have been taking phosphididyl (spelling?) sterine in the eves to lower cortisol at night. I asked him if I needed to be on hydrocortisone or isocort snd he said the adrenal glandular he has me on is jst as good. I have overall low temps but they do drop more after increased activity.So what do you think? Sharon

That says in the eves (evenings) not eyes....no worries.

Temps dropping after increased activity often mean weak and/or under-supported
