Clearance or other issues? going to doc in an hour..

I haven't been on here much as I thought I'd gone through clearance mid July,

had energy, felt great. Now I'm not sure. I was figuring 12 wks from the date

I stopped Armour, but I was taking L-Tyrosine and Thyrodine for another month

after that, before Val suggested I stop, and I did on 5/22/10. That would put me

at clearance about now.

I've been working hard, physically for the past 2 weeks, getting ready for

company- cleaning, gardening, moving furniture- it's felt sooo good to feel

good! For the past 2 days, I've had more sugar than normal ie mixed drinks and

desserts, also wheat, etc. and usually I'm on the Primal Diet. I also forgot my

testosterone and progest creams.

Yesterday afternoon, my ankles and calves were so swollen they were painful. I

did some yoga and it helped a little. This morning I woke up light headed with

the swelling again. I've been taking 125 of Cytomel and have skipped my third

dose of the day, wondering if that's it.

Also, I'm still on 40mg HC and 2-3 t. a day of sea salt. Yesterday my water

just tasted too salty, so I only drank about half as much as usual. I've done

some yoga this morning, legs up the wall, massaged my feet and ankles.... I'm

still dizzy and am lying down with my feet propped up and the swelling and pain

have decreased.

BP and pulse have been in this range, 123/75 p.99 with my pulse coming down,

but today, it's back up to 106. My waking temp seems to have stabilized at 97.4,

and my daily temps are at 98.4, with little variation.

Could the combination of physical stress, sugar, alcohol, wheat, lack of sleep

have just done in my adrenals, or am I really hitting clearance now, and my T3

dose is too high? my temps today are lower... 97.8 at noon.

My usual dosing schedule is

8am 10 mg HC

9am 25 cytomel

11am 25 cytomel

noon 10 mg HC

1 pm 25 cytomel

3pm 10 HC and 25 Cytomel

5 pm 10 HC and 25 cytomel

I can't use HC close to bed, or it keeps me up, that changed several months ago.

Also I seem to need a lot of cytomel in the first part of the day, and by 3ish,

it seems to kick in.

Suggestions? What to do?
