ok val, thought about and you r right, i will retest aldosterone again next month to see if was an error. don't really know about blood pressure. i will stop somewhere today and check. usually over the years bl. press.has alway been a little low.

until next month, is something i can do to try and lower aldosterone? is there something you tell others who have tested high? i would like to try something while waiting for next test. i wake up feeling like i have a hangover and my pulse is too high all day. thanks val

I woudl nto do anythign until you retest it. The onyl thing that lowers

aldosterone effectsin the body is ARB blood pressure meds which totally

block it;s effects dn mess uo your electrolyte balance along with it.

NOT somehting you shoudl take with the symptoms oyu have that do nto

match your lab.
